Taking cataract and refractive surgery to the next level:
During the ESCRS 2018 in Vienna, Austria, OCULUS hosts a symposium with internationally well-known ophthalmologists. Renato Ambrósio Jr from Brazil and Riccardo Vinciguerra from Italy have added corneal biomechanics into their daily practice for some years now. Ambrósio’s talk is titled: “Enhanced Ectasia Diagnosis with Integrated Scheimpflug Imaging: Essential Concepts & Meta-analysis”. Vinciguerra will inform about “In-vivo corneal biomechanical changes after collagen cross-linking in patients with progressive keratoconus”
Furthermore, Thomas Kohnen and Fritz Hengerer from Germany, Giacomo Savini from Italy and Michael Belin from the US will lecture on the Pentacam® AXL.
Save the date 22nd September 2018 in your calendar and make sure to be on time for the symposium which starts at 13.00 h. It takes place at the ESCRS venue Reed Messe, room Strauss 3.
